This year, Grant Palmer Ltd achieved finalist status across multiple prestigious national categories, including Small/Medium Operator of the Year at the Route One Awards, Environmental Initiatives at the UK Bus Awards, and SME Operator of the Year at the UK Bus Awards. These finalist positions reflect the company’s strategic investment in fleet renewal, sustainability-focused projects, and the delivery of consistently high-quality services to the communities we serve.

We are delighted to have been awarded Silver in two major categories at the UK Bus Awards: the ROSCO Safety Initiative Award for our innovative Busway Lions safety campaign, and Manager of the Year, recognising the exceptional leadership of Aleksandra Husejko, whose contribution has been instrumental in supporting operational excellence and organisational growth.

The highlight of the evening — and a defining moment for Grant Palmer Ltd — was winning the GOLD Award for Culture Change for Transforming the Duty Office.
