Changes to bus fares 11/04/2024

From Sunday 21st April we will be making changes to our Bedford Zone and Network Zone season tickets. 

Our season ticket fares have been frozen for over 12 months during that time we've seen a significant increase in the cost to provide bus services. The price we pay for fuel, parts and labour has significantly increased. We've also invested significantly in new vehicles- in 2023 we took delivery of two brand new buses and have further plans to invest in our fleet for 2024. 

Single fares will remain capped at £2 but we'll be making changes to our longer term tickets. 

Bedford Zone One

• Day Ticket £5.50
• Week Ticket £18
• Month Ticket £60 (Price Frozen) 

Network Zone

• Day Ticket £12
• Week Ticket £30
• Month Ticket £100 (Price Frozen) 

Our monthly tickets represent great value for money. If you're travelling frequently it's our best value ticket. Zonal and Network caps will also be amended for customers using Tap on Tap Off to reflect new prices.
